Google has launched App inventor for Android and ISIMO have access to the pre-release version.
Google app inventor allows for rapid apps development for the mobile Android platform.
It is born out of educational software, that is software to teach people the fundamentals of object oriented programming. It is still meant to give non- programmers the ability tor produce their own apps although my feeling is it is going to be more useful for programmers to produce application in a quicker time frame, as some of the concepts still require a good technical grasp.
